Refund policy
NO RETURN AND NO EXCHANGE
Returns & Exchanges will ONLY be accepted if your order is damaged in transit or you have received the incorrect product. In case your order is damaged in transit or you have received the wrong product you may return them in exactly the way in which they were received (unworn, with original packaging)
4 STEPS TO MAKING A RETURN
1. Please inform us within 3 days of receipt or delivery of order. You must email at jewelstyle17@yahoo.com to notify us.
2. Once we have received your e-mail, we will be needing opening video of the damage item,then it is up to the discretion of the Jewelstyle QC team to decide whether product is approved for return..We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. We are not liable for any returns that we were not notified about first.
3.CREDIT FACILITY: Credit facilty is valid only for one month for domestic orders and for two months for international orders, afterwards its expired.
REFUNDS WILL BE DONE IN THE FOLLOWING CASE:
1. In case the product which is received by the customer is broken or damaged.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:
1. Incorrect or outdated delivery address or incorrect mobile number given at the time of placing order.
2. While shipping if 2-3 beads comes out then the item won't be count as damage product as they can be easily fixed back in loop. Since we pack very well but bcoz mishandling of courier guy it might happens.
3. Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.
4. After 3 failed delivery attempts by our respective courier agent.
6. Package refused by recipient.
7. In case of any customised order, if the client paid the amount against it and if he/she want to cancel the order then the amount wont be refunded back.
8. Sizing issues and specially in preorder items some differences can be there as all jewelleries are handmade.
9. Products returned in a used or damaged condition, so we need a opening video of the product.
10. Minor colour and design variation. All products are handmade and use natural stones so there may be some variation from the photographs on our website.
11. If the jewellery is not faulty or damaged.
12. In case the payment is done and the customer doesn’t reply within 10days with their delivery address then the item and the money will be forfeit.
